Hi! I am Rekha, Founder of The Comp Ally, and I believe compensation should be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.
For the past 15 years, I have held consulting, corporate leadership and advisory roles at Radford (Aon), Symantec, Atlassian, Box and other private and public tech organizations, enabling them to attract, develop and retain top talent while improving organizational and financial outcomes through effective pay design.
With a background in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and an MBA from The Wharton School, I bring a unique perspective in addressing business challenges and opportunities. Guided by principles of equitability, scalability, and simplicity, I specialize in transforming pay strategy into a key competitive advantage.
Additionally, I am an outspoken advocate for pay equity and pay transparency, and serve as a coach, speaker, author, instructor, and thought leader. Whether through pay negotiations coaching, creating educational content, or public speaking – my goal is simple: making conversations about pay accessible to everyone, and contribute to closing the gender pay equity and opportunity gaps.
